At Komodo Reptile Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your reptile-inspired fashion. If your order doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
